How is this different from other leadership training?
Most leadership training hands you ideas and leaves you to figure out what to do with them. This works differently. It comes from thirty years actually running teams, not a stage, and it gives you one specific behavior to run this week, not a stack of ideas to sit with. Then you get a way of knowing, for certain, that it's actually working. Not a guess. Not a feeling. Real proof.
What if I'm not sure which element I need to work on?
That's exactly what the assessment is for. Six minutes tells you which of the seven elements needs attention first, so you're never guessing where to start.
Do I need to go through all seven elements?
No. The Full Table gives you access to all seven, but you're only meant to focus on the one working against you most. Most leaders are already excelling in several of the seven, so there's no need to work through all of them, just the one that needs it. Once that shifts, you're welcome to go deeper into the others whenever you're ready.
What exactly is a stakeholder in this process?
A stakeholder is simply someone who works closely with you and sees you lead regularly, your boss, your peers, or the people on your team. They're not judges or graders. They're the people best positioned to notice whether a specific behavior is actually shifting, since they're the ones experiencing it firsthand.
How do I know it actually worked?
You'll learn a simple, specific way to check in with your stakeholders each month, the right questions, asked the right way, so you always know where you stand. No guessing. Just your team confirming, and celebrating, the specific shifts you set out to make.
Which path is right for me, the course, the cohort, or coaching?
The Full Table is the right starting point for almost every leader. If you want accountability and feedback from Robert and a small group of peers, The Working Table adds that. If you want Robert walking beside you one-on-one, that's The Head of the Table.
What is your refund policy?
We do everything we can, within reason, to make sure you're satisfied. Due to the digital nature of the course, refunds aren't issued once it's been purchased, and the same is true for coaching services already rendered. The one exception is the fourteen-month private coaching engagement, which carries a results guarantee. If your own stakeholders don't confirm real change over that year, the guarantee stands. If anything about your experience isn't sitting right, email Robert directly at support@astudentofleadership.com.
