The Full Table course?

You'll never pay for it twice. Each time a

Fresh eyes see more
than familiar ones do

You don't need history with someone
for them to give you a good, honest

The Place Setting Framework for Leaders
A way of finding the parts of your leadership that are quietly working against you.

There are seven parts of how you lead.
This framework doesn't teach leadership.
It shows you which part of yours needs attention.

INCLUDED IN THE COHORT

The full framework. 7 elements.
Built to fit into a leader's real week.

Here's What's Inside
✓ All seven elements, and in the cohort,
you'll work through them together,
one Play at a time, alongside the group.

A diagnostic for every element, so you
always know exactly which Play to run next.

The complete Play library, yours to keep and return to.
Two short videos per element, one on the shift itself,
one on making it stick, so wherever you focus,
the teaching is fast and specific.

A FeedForward worksheet, a real stakeholder ask,
and a 30-day tracker for every element.

A certificate when you complete the full framework.
Meet Robert
Founder of the Place Setting Framework
Where the framework began…

I spent thirty years building people before I ever coached anyone. From prep cook to president of a division, and every rung in between. Sales teams. People. Years of it, long before I ever sat across from a leader as a coach.

None of that came from a textbook. It came from the table, the one my mother set every day of my childhood while she ran a Greek catering business and cared for aging parents in our home, all at once. She never called it leadership. She called it showing up. That table shaped me more than any role I've held since. I don't think she ever knew she was training a leader.

Today, I'm a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach and the creator of the Place Setting Framework, seven elements of leadership built from everything I learned sitting at my mother's table. This isn't about teaching leadership. It's about naming the one part of yours that's quietly working against you, and proving the shift through the people who watch you lead every day.

Run one Play at a time, until it's who you are."
